Delta Secures Triple Crown of Excellence in Latest Travel Rankings

Delta Air Lines has once again cemented its position at the top of the aviation industry, securing the title of Best U.S. Airline from the Forbes Travel Guide for the third year running. The prestigious recognition comes as part of the annual Verified Air Travel Awards, with judges specifically highlighting Delta’s commitment to premium service, high customer satisfaction scores, and a consistent track record for on-time arrivals. This win is just one piece of a larger streak of success, following a top ranking from The Points Guy and a standout appearance on TIME’s list of America’s Best Companies.

The airline didn’t stop at the overall top spot, sweeping several other categories to showcase its dominance across different travel tiers. Delta took home repeat honors for its first class experience on the A321neo and its luxury Delta One business class suites, which feature lie-flat seats and high-end amenity kits. The company also earned a first-time victory for its SkyMiles loyalty program and maintained its lead in digital innovation with the award for best airline app, praised for its seamless bag tracking and live flight updates.

Luxury ground experiences were also center stage in this year’s awards. The massive Delta One Lounge at JFK was singled out for its expansive dining options and relaxation pods, while LaGuardia Airport itself was named the best U.S. airport for the third consecutive year. As the primary carrier at LaGuardia, Delta’s influence is evident in Terminal C, where modern upgrades like touchless ID technology and an outdoor sky deck have transformed the passenger journey into something far more sophisticated than a typical airport commute.
